Designing for real estate starts with a question I never get tired of asking: who's going to live in this space, and how should it feel the moment they arrive?

For years I've been turning those questions into visual identities, websites, and communication pieces that connect places with the right people — not only homes, but hotels, cafés, rooftops, and tables by the sea. I believe in design that respects the place it occupies — in the landscape, in the city, in time.
